What if my costume jewellery is faulty?

If you should receive and item that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered please contact us within 14 days from delivery and we will help you resolve any issues you may have as quickly as possible.

How do I maintain my costume jewellery and are there any other safety aspects I should be advised of when wearing any products from your range??


Please note: As many of our products contain small parts, please do not leave babies or small children alone with these items as they could choke if swallowed.

Enjoy wearing your jewellery, but as with any jewellery, try to avoid wearing jewellery whilst spraying hairspray or perfume and do not immerse in water.

Also take care not to snag your clothing when wearing your costume jewellery with delicate fabrics.

Caution notice: It is always important to keep any of our products away from small children, especially if the products have any small parts that could be accidentally swallowed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards such as VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, AND PAYPAL as payment options on our web site. We can also accept cheques (UK only in sterling) if credit cards are not an option for you, however we would require the cheque payment to have cleared the bank prior to dispatch of goods (Cheques are to be made payable to JandP Enterprises and sent to PO Box 397 Gosforth Newcastle upon Tyne NE3 3UA) The flexibility of our payment options ensures that no matter how the customer prefers to pay, there will be a flexible option to suit. How do you ship, and how much does it cost?
Delivery is free of charge in the UK and we deliver and ship via Royal Mail, UPS, City Link and FEDEX ground shipping. Outside of the UK the shipping rate varies depending on size of order total. For orders outside the UK, Postage andPacking will be calculated when you get to the checkout.

If you are outside the UK, please feel free to contact us and we will price out a custom shipping rate for you.

What is the minimum order quantity?

You can order individual items, and delivery in the UK is free of charge

How long will my delivery take?

For UK deliveries, we endeavour to deliver all our stock items within 7 to 14 business days from the time your order is received and your payment has been cleared. Orders are usually shipped via Royal mail or City Link or UPS and actual delivery time will vary. Any item that is "out of stock" will be back ordered and will be shipped immediately upon it's arrival in our warehouse.

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.
