For UK deliveries, we endeavour to deliver all our stock items within 7 to 14 business days from the time your order is received and your payment has been cleared. Orders are usually shipped via Royal mail or UPS and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone. (in most cases it averages 5-10 business days from the day that the order was placed) Any item that is "out of stock" will be back ordered and will be shipped immediately upon it's arrival in our warehouse.

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.

Return Policy

Please note:You are required to tick the box on the order form at the checkout to accept our terms and conditions before we can accept your order.

The Buyer shall inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller Tel 00-44-7742-186792 within 14 days of delivery if the Goods are faulty. If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods.

If a claim of defect or damage is made, the Goods shall be returned by the Buyer to the Seller. The Buyer shall be entitled to a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the Goods are in fact defective.

As a consumer, you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the Contract and receive a refund by informing the Seller Tel 00-44-7742-186792 within 7 working days of receipt of the Goods.

Goods must be returned by the Buyer at the Buyer’s expense and Buyer's should be advised to take out insurance for the value of the products for the return journey. The Buyer will receive a refund of all monies paid for the Goods (including delivery charges, if any) except for return postal charges within 30 days of cancellation. If the Buyer fails to return the Goods following cancellation, the Seller shall be entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the Goods from the Buyer.

Goods to be returned must clearly show the date of order and order number obtained from the Seller on the package.

Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer’s fault, the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.

Backorder Policy

On the vary rare occassion, some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks weeks due to color, style, size or other unforeseen circumstances. We will contact you if items are back-ordered and customers will be notified if item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available.

Damaged Goods Policy

If for any reason the item(s) are damaged that you receive, we will replace them within 14 days of you receiving them. Please contact us as soon as you find any defect and we will replace or refund it . See returns policy above.
